Payments:
We accept payments through Paypal for your convenience & safety.
However if you would like to pay by cheque please make it payable to Amanda Ryan, Items paid for by cheque will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared.
Delivery & Postage:
We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated on that item.
We are not responsible for any customs duties on international orders.
Orders will be sent using Royal Mail standard first class delivery, you will be informed when your item has been dispatched.
Returns:
We hope you will love your unique purchase from Maisielu, however if you wish to return your item please contact us using the contact form in the menu so we can track your return, making it as simple as possible for you.
For a full refund of the item cost you must return the item in the state it was received within 7 working days of its receipt.You may want to return your item through Recorded delivery or retain a proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit.
In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced earrings unless they are unfit for purpose.
Please allow us up to 28 days from the day after the parcel is posted to us for your refund to be processed.
The cost of returning the item is yours & will not be refunded.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
Pricing:
My prices are based on the materials used & my time, therefore very similar looking items can differ in price due to the raw materials used in its construction, if you would like a similar item made in different materials please ask about a commission piece.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.

Any information you give us is used solely for the purpose of getting your items to you safely, therefore we will not pass on any of your personal data to other organisations or individuals, except for the purposes of delivering your goods.
